SAKI SE: Business Support & Development

The SAKI SE Business Growth Network

No one grows alone.

A network where businesses rise by backing each other. Skilled people and suppliers give their work and products first, and are paid later from sales on terms agreed upfront. Members swap what they make for what they need. And because every member keeps clean records with us, everyone can see who they are growing with.

One brand at the centre of the SAKI SE Business Growth Network, backed by service investors, a product investor, a member who swaps and a community, with SAKI SE keeping the record.SAKI SEkeeps the recordService investorskill firstProduct investorstock firstMemberswaps, no cashCommunityjoins togetherService investorskill firstYour brandpays from sales

Service and product backing

The work comes first. Payment follows.

A service investor or product investor gives first. The brand pays them back over an agreed period, in instalments set out before anything starts, and SAKI SE keeps the record for both.

  1. 1

    Agree

What is given, when payment starts and the instalments, written down by SAKI SE before anything starts.

  2. 2

    Deliver

The service or product comes first. The brand confirms what it received.

  3. 3

    Record

The brand keeps its sales with SAKI SE. With its consent, its backers can see how it is doing.

  4. 4

    Get paid

Instalments on the agreed dates. SAKI SE tracks each one and follows up when one runs late.

Product backing. A supplier hands over stock now; the shop pays as it sells, in instalments agreed upfront.

If a brand falls behind, we follow up with it. We are also setting up payment rescue: finding another member who can pay the investor in kind while the brand catches up. We organise this; we don't guarantee it.

SAKI SE is not a lender or a bank and never holds anyone's money. Backing between members is agreed between them; SAKI SE records it and follows it up. Backing is not a loan: no money passes through SAKI SE.

Backing that fits your stage

A baby needs milk, not a car.

Too much backing too early hurts the business and the investor. Your Growth Card stage decides the kind of backing that fits and its ceiling; your own records decide how much you can carry now.

  1. 1

    Newborn

Not yet. SAKI SE support and Value Exchange swaps come first.

    Not yet

    Swaps and support first

  2. 2

    Toddler

Small service backing: product photos, a logo, packaging design.

    Up to ₦75,000

Paid from sales over 3 months

  3. 3

    Child

Service backing for the basics, and first stock from a product investor, paid as it sells.

    Up to ₦300,000

Paid from sales over 6 months

  4. 4

    Teenager

Bigger service packages (a campaign, content, training) and product backing for the best seller.

    Up to ₦750,000

Paid from sales over 6 months

  5. 5

    Young adult

Larger product deals, a distributor hub, equipment from product investors, under a formal agreement.

    Up to ₦2,000,000

Paid from sales over 12 months

  6. 6

    Adult

Large product deals, case by case. By now, it mostly backs younger businesses itself.

    Up to ₦5,000,000

Paid from sales over 12 months

Your stage decides the kind of backing that fits and its ceiling. Your records decide how much you can carry now. Repayments are kept to about 1 naira in every 10 you sell, over the stage's term. So a business selling ₦300,000 a month can carry about ₦180,000 over six months, even if its stage allows more.

Service and product backing: the work or the goods come first, and the investor is paid from your sales on an agreed schedule. SAKI SE organises it and keeps the records; we never hold your money.

Backing a brand? See its Verified Growth Profile first.

With the brand's permission, investors in the network see what its records say: its age and stage, its four curves, its milestones, months of records, sales as a range, how much backing room it has left, and how it has paid past backing. Never its sales figures, customers or phone number. The brand sees every time its profile is opened, and can withdraw it. The profile is not advice: the decision to back is yours.

Where your business sits: take the free Growth Check. Members see their stage, ceiling and what they can carry now on their monthly Growth Card.

Lanes

Lanes: everyone has a place, and nobody gets cut out.

To distribute or sell with SAKI SE, you pick a lane: an area and a kind of product, like Fashion in Rumuokoro. Goods move down the lane one link at a time. Each person deals only with the next link, and SAKI SE records every handover and every payment.

Follow one carton of chin-chin down a lane.

An example with made-up names, in the Snacks lane in Rumuokoro.

  1. A designer showing printed labels to a snack maker

    Owner

    Ada keeps ₦2,000 a tub

Ada makes chin-chin and packs it in branded tubs. She sets the price every customer pays: ₦3,500 a tub. She hands 40 tubs to Emeka and is paid ₦2,000 for each one.

    Knows: Only Emeka

  2. A shop owner counting stock on the shelves

    First distributor

    Emeka keeps ₦400 a tub

Emeka keeps the tubs in his store at Rumuokoro and counts them in. He never sells to customers and never deals with marketers. He passes 20 tubs to Uche at ₦2,400 each.

Knows: Ada, and the distributors in the lane

  3. A distributor handing crates of eggs to a shop owner

    Distributor

    Uche keeps ₦500 a tub

Uche moves stock from the store to the people who sell. Grace confirms on her phone that 20 tubs arrived. Uche never meets Ada.

    Knows: Emeka and Grace

  4. A snack seller handing a branded box and tub to a customer

    Marketer

    Grace keeps ₦600 a tub

Grace sells on her WhatsApp status and at the market for ₦3,500, the same price everywhere. She pays Uche ₦2,900 a tub and keeps ₦600.

    Knows: Only Uche

Where the customer's ₦3,500 goes

  • Ada, owner: ₦2,000
  • Emeka, first distributor: ₦400
  • Uche, distributor: ₦500
  • Grace, marketer: ₦600

Then the money climbs back up the same lane: Grace pays Uche, Uche pays Emeka, Emeka pays Ada. Each person confirms the payment they receive, and SAKI SE puts every handover and every naira in each person's monthly statement.

Confirmed at every link

The person who receives goods confirms them. The person who is paid confirms the payment. Nothing is on one person's word.

One price to customers

The owner sets the final price. Each person sees only what they pay and what they may sell at, so nobody undercuts anybody.

Paid first, trust is earned

Goods move after payment. Proven members (10 confirmed deliveries) can take up to ₦50,000 on trust; Premium (30) up to ₦150,000.

Your work is on record

Every unit you move and every naira you earn is in your monthly statement. That record is what lets you grow into a distributor, then a brand.

Find your place

Everyone here brings something.

Brands, people with skills, suppliers, distributors, marketers and whole communities. Each gives something and gets something back, on terms written down before anything starts. The examples are made up, to show how each role works.
